Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with developing software for networking systems and architectures-Knowledge of C, C++, Java programming languages, socket programming, DNS, and various routing techniques and protocols-Ability to comprehend a network design and develop an architecture, including software to allow systems and platforms to communicate with each other in a tactical environment-Secret clearance-BS degree Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with multi-cast networking protocols and OSI layers-Knowledge of tactical hub routers, machine learning, and cognitive learning environments-BS degree in an Engineering field-CCNA or CCIA Certification Clearance:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
