Summary: This position manages the company's raw material receipts, internal and external materials movements from building to building and sales order fulfillment process. Key responsibilities include analysis of current processes, problem solving, and execution of improvement strategies with a focus on warehouse execution and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Monitors and improves sales order fulfillment and physical inventory movement accuracy/efficiency. Examines overall execution and processes, identifies appropriate corrective actions, and implements procedural changes to correct deficiencies or to increase efficiency/productivity. Ensures daily dock schedule is updated and maintained.

Monitors and improves transport loading/unloading operation. Examines overall execution and processes, identifies appropriate corrective actions, and implements procedural changes to correct deficiencies or to increase efficiency/productivity.

Monitors and improves Set-Up operation. Examines overall execution and processes, identifies appropriate corrective actions, and implements procedural changes to correct deficiencies or to increase efficiency/productivity.

Establishes, communicates and monitors productivity targets/expectations for each warehouse function in alignment with corporate goals and KPI's. Creates and executes plans to achieve targets.

Establishes and monitors budget targets. Creates and executes plans to achieve targets to include the tracking of labor and overtime hours for the facility.

Manage and address customer complaints (non-conformances). Perform root cause analysis, investigate and respond to customer complaints as necessary.

Responsible for ensuring that equipment and supplies related to the overall warehouse operation (including sanitation) are maintained at required levels for efficient operation.

Analyzes company's US inbound and outbound freight requirements, establishes appropriate agreements with freight carriers, streamlines internal practices in this area, and addresses issues as they arise.

Manages the Warehouse department, including the development of individual team members and their performance.



Stays abreast of current trends, warehousing practices and market conditions

Ensures the facility is prepared for the SQF audit to include documentation and the physical readiness of the warehouse operation.

Participates in and prepares the facility for all other audits regularly performed, to include monthly safety and GMP audits as well as the annual organic audit. Coordinates the annual inventory audit for Overflo and BMOC.

Follows all company safety rules in performing job duties.

Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the positions of Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics/IC Supervisor and Set-Up Coordinators. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include, but are not limited to, interviewing hiring, training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Uses own initiative and exercises independent judgment.



EDUCATION and/or
Experience: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience is required in warehouse management. Equivalent combination of education and experience also considered.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
