Modern office setting Food provided Our company is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Guest Service Agents to join our team and assist guests as they check-in, check-out and visit our hotel.
A successful candidate will pay close attention to detail, have attention to customer service and quickly respond to any incoming calls or requests for help.
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about meeting the needs of our guests and helping them enjoy their stay at our company.
Responsibilities:
Handle all guest concerns in a polite and courteous manner.
Answer the hotel's phone in a pleasant tone of voice.
Welcome guests in the lobby with a polite greeting and a smile.
Provide information on local attractions, shops, and restaurants that guests may be interested in.
Help arrange tours and transportation to nearby cities, and occasionally other countries.
Keep the lobby clean and tidy; straighten up the front desk when there are no guests checking in or out.
Answer questions about local events and activities.
Know the city's transportation system, including bus routes and taxi companies.
