Our Customer Success Manager position is a terrific opportunity for a talented and knowledgeable professional with experience managing client portfolios and advising them on their technology needs.
Your goal is to seek to understand your clients and their business objectives, so you can assist them with best practices and help us offer them technology solutions.
Your ability to learn our information technology solutions will be critical, so you can best align our offerings and value proposition with our clients' needs.
The position will work out of our Belcamp, MD office with the targeted territory being the Baltimore-Washington area.
At times, it may be necessary to travel to clients to perform your job duties in a company provided vehicle.
Following the initial training period, the candidate may be permitted to work up to 2 scheduled remote days per week depending on the current schedule and workload.
We offer a competitive compensation package as follows:

Responsibilities:
Manage portfolio of clients located in the Baltimore-Washington area, including maintaining POC relationships.
Perform monitor customer success metrics (SLOs) and perform quarterly business reviews (QBR).
Work with engineer team to assist with vCIO processes and technology alignment.
Actively engage with the clients and our techs to ensure the clients' needs are meet--including coordination of project and implementation work Build pipeline of sales opportunities for your client portfolio--including hardware refreshes, software updates/implementations, and cloud and security solutions Prepare quotes/proposals to present and negotiate with clients to close sales opportunities Build relationships with qualified vendor partners with the goal to improve knowledge of solutions for your clients Keep up to date on industry-related news and maintain technology selling skills as industry changes Update tickets, timesheets, and sales/client management processes within our PSA/ERP and Client Portfolio systems The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Technical sales or sales engineering experience selling B2B IT, SaaS, Cloud, and Security solutions in the SMB market Experience working with PSA/ERP and Client Portfolio systems (AutoTask and Scalepad experience is a Plus) Strong customer service skills and ability to articulate solutions to clients Team player capable of working within a collaborative environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Willing to travel to prospect and client sites as needed Job Type:
