This position is responsible for the management and maintenance of the shop and its staff as well as all property of On The Spot Detailing.
Applicant must be experienced in managing time and staff while also maintaining a premium quality standard.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Asset management and quality control.
Maintaining the equipment and facility condition.
On-time quality service.
Controlling department expenses.
Observing and implementing established policies and procedures.
Managing and conducting quality inspections.
Safety compliance.
Managing staff morale and being a motivator for employees.
